Registration is not required. By the act of registration the user entitles DUNAWAY ENTERPRISES with the right to take and to store her / his personal data. DUNAWAY ENTERPRISES takes and stores the data internally to ensure a proper running of its business. No personal data will be handed to third-party. No user-profile will be generated. By deleting her / his / its user-account, the entire data of the user will be taken from the business servers (database). This includes all backup-copies.

This homepage is protected from illegal acces by a modern SSL-coding according to the latest safety-standards. As all taken data are stored on servers of an external provider, DUNAWAY ENTERPRISES cannot take responsibility for illegal access by third-party (hackers). The provider takes responsibility within the limits of its business regulations given by the law.

Under stringent conditions of the law and with judicial order, for prevention and prosecution of crime, DUNAWAY ENTERPRISES can be forced by the criminal authority to disclose data from users being under suspicion.
